Important Notes:
- Deleting your account is irreversible and cannot be undone.
- Ensure that you have canceled any existing PRO subscription before deleting your account. Deleting your account doesn’t cancel an existing subscription.
If you wish to delete your KOMPASS account, follow these steps:
In the KOMPASS App
- Open the KOMPASS App
- Tap on “Profile“
- Scroll down and select “Delete account.”

On the KOMPASS Website:
- Log in to the KOMPASS website using your account credentials.
- Click on your profile.
- Navigate to settings (Einstellungen)
- Click on „Mein Konto löschen“ (Delete my account)
